Oyster Stew

Ingredients:


6 cups milk

1 quart oysters

1/4 cup butter

2 teaspoons celery salt

1 dash pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Scald milk; heat oysters in their own liquor for about 5 minutes until edges begin to curl. Add butter, seasonings and hot milk. Serve immediately.
