Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:1. Melt margarine in baking dish in 325 F. oven. (Do not allow margarine to brown.)
2. Dip fish first in melted margarine, then in egg, then in crumbs, coating well; season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Bake in preheated 375 F. oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish tests done.
4. Garnish with lemon wedges.
NOTE: Delicious, inexpensive dinner, especially when served piping hot with steamed green vegetables and corn bread.
