Preparation / Directions:Preheat broiler. Set aside 1/4 cup of the liquid Butter Buds. In large saucepan, combine remaining Butter Buds with onion, green pepper, eggplant, tomato sauce, garlic, wine, 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Combine reserved Butter Buds with remaining 2 teaspoons lemon juice; brush over fish. While vegetable mixture cooks, broil fish 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve fish with sauce.
