Dilled Broiled Lobster

Ingredients:


1 large or

2 small boiled lobster -- stomach and intestines removed

1 teaspoon pepper -- to taste

1 teaspoon fresh dill -- chopped

1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Broil lobster, shell-side up, 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. 2. Turn and broil, flesh-side up, for 15 minutes for small lobsters, 18 minutes for large. 3. Sprinkle flesh with dill and lemon juice. 4. Broil 2 to 3 minutes longer.
