Crock Pot Bacon Scalloped Potatoes

1 can Bacon
8 medium Potatoes -- thinly sliced
1 package jr Hot Cheese
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
1 dashes Tobasco
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Put half of the sliced potatoes in with half of bacon in CROCK POT. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Add Tobasco. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 4 hours).
