Classic Crab Cakes

1 stick butter unsalted
1 tablespoon flour
2 large eggs
2 cans crab meat
3 medium scallions
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons minced sweet onion
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
6 medium lime wedges

Preparation / Directions:

In a mixing bowl add flour, eggs, crab meat, scallions, bread crumbs, yellow onion, cayenne, Italian seasoning, dill, salt and pepper. Stir gently together. Heat butter in large skillet. Form crab meat mixture into small pancakes. Fry until golden brown on each side. (Add more butter to pan if needed.) Serve immediately with lime wedges. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
