Charcoal Broiled Fish

Ingredients:


3 pounds steaks or dressed fish -- thick fillets

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 dash pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place fish in well greased, hinged wire grill. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on fish. cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals 5 to 8 minutes. Baste, turn, and cook 5 to 8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily. 6 servings.
