2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 clove garlic
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
6 fillets ocean perch fillets -- rinsed
1 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 400'F.. Heat olive oil in medium saucepan; saute' onions and garlic until golden brown. Add tomatoes, basil and oregano. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place rinsed fillets in lightly oiled baking dish. Brush fillets with melted butter. Bake uncovered 15-18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve sauce over fish. Makes 6 servi
