Oven-Barbecued Frankfurters

Ingredients:


1 pound frankfurters

1 tablespoon all purpose flour

2 tablespoons water

1/2 cup catsup

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon chile powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 package Hot dog buns
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Pierce each frankfurter several times with a fork, and place in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.

2. Combine flour and water in a small bowl, stirring until smooth. Add next 9 ingredients, stirring well; pour over frankfurters.

3. Cover and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. Serve in warm buns.
