Ingredients:


1 cup salt

1/4 cup black or white pepper

1/2 cup cayenne pepper

50 pounds ground pork

4 feet sausage casing
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix meat and spices well. Stuff in casing using sausage maker. Cook in smoker or smoke house for 8 hours.
