1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 cup mild vinegar
3 tablespoons finely chopped mint

Preparation / Directions:

If vinegar is strong, use 3 parts vinegar to 1 of water. Heat sugar and vinegar together, pour over the mint. Chill before serving.
