Ingredients:


1 cup soy sauce

1 cup oyster sauce

1/2 cup dry white wine

1/4 teaspoon msg

1 teaspoon sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir to dissolve sugar remove from heat and allow to cool use as a sauce base
