Beer Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:


2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon Plain Yogurt

2 medium Green Onion -- Chopped Fine

2 large Egg yolk Hardboiled, Mashed

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

2 Tablespoons Winter Dark Ale

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine mustard, yogurt, onions, yolks, lemon juice, ale, salt to tate and pepper. Chill at least 20 minutes before serving.
