6 whole green chiles

1/4 cup garlic

6 pieces peppercorns

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine chiles, garlic, peppercorns, and vinegar in a food processor process to a smooth puree add the remaining ingredients pulse to mix well cover and chill stir before using
