Crock Pot Italian Beef Sandwich Filling

Ingredients:


4 pounds beef pot roast -- (4 to 5)

3 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon onion salt

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon basil

1 package Good Seasons Italian salad dressing

1 large onion -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pour ingredients over beef and cook on low all day in a crock pot. Shred beef and return to broth for 15 minutes. Serve on buns or over French bread.
