Red, White and Green Salsa

Ingredients:


2 cups watermelon chopped seeded

1 cup jicama chopped peeled

1 medium stalk celery sliced (1/2 cup)

1/4 cup cilantro or parsley chopped fresh

2 tablespoons jalapeno or serrano chilies chopped

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors but no longer than 2 days. 2. Stir salsa before serving.
