Ingredients:


1 medium pineapple

1 cup sweet red onion

1/4 cup cilantro

1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Peel, core, and cut pineapple into small dice combine all ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-48 hours serve at room temperature or slightly chilled, with chips
