Salsa Mac N' Cheese

Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

16 Ounces chunky salsa

1 3/4 Cup water

2 Cup elbow macaroni -- uncooked

3/4 pound Velveeta Process Chesse Spread -- cut up
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add salsa and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with a tight-fitting lid. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta; stir until melted.
