Garlic Salsa

Ingredients:


10 cloves garlic chopped

3/4 cup chopped fresh italian parsley

1/2 cup olive oil

1/8 teaspoon coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes -- (optional)

1 loaf baguette
 

Preparation / Directions:


In bowl, combine garlic, parsley and olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and, if desired, red pepper flakes. Tear baguette into bite-sized pieces and dip into salsa or serve with grilled chicken or meats.
