Ingredients:


8 ounces smoked salmon

3/4 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon thyme

1 pound assorted savory crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine salmon and butter in a food processor process until smooth add thyme and pulse, just until barely blended spoon into a plastic-lined mold chill for 2-96 hours unmold onto a serving platter serve slightly chilled, with assorted savory crackers to the side
