Papaya Salad

It's spicy papaya, with bursting flavors of Thailand


1 medium whole Papaya not too ripe, nice light green meat inside,
3 small asian hot peppers
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 cloves garlic
8 small tiny tomatoes
1/2 medium lime

Preparation / Directions:

Shred papaya, place in bowl, chop peppers, mince garlic, cut baby tomatoes in halves, add all to papaya, then add fish sauce, to your liking and then add lime. Take whatever you can find and mash together so ingredients will incorporate.Serve with sticky rice or regular white rice, garnish with hot asian peppers and lime wedges.
