3 medium smoked leg quarters -- chopped course
1/2 medium Granny Smith Apple chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 rib celery -- finely sliced
1 cup Hellmanns mayonnaise -- enough to bind

Preparation / Directions:

Combine all ingredients adding only enough mayo to bind. As a light luncheon entree, serve over 1/2 of a ripe avocado.
