   3                    smoked leg quarters -- chopped
                        course
     1/2                Granny Smith Apple chopped
     1/2  cup           chopped pecans
   1      rib           celery -- finely sliced
                        Hellmann's mayonnaise -- enough
                        to bind
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients adding only enough mayo to bind. As a light luncheon entree, serve over 1/2 of a ripe avocado.
