Ingredients:

1 bottle Lemon Vinaigrette
6 cups lettuce finely shredded
2 cups chicken cut-up cooked
3 large hard-cooked eggs chopped
2 medium tomatoes chopped (1 1/2 cups)
1 medium ripe avocado chopped
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled (1 ounce)
4 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Prepare Lemon Vinaigrette 2. Divide lettuce among 4 salad plates or shallow bowls. Arrange remaining ingredients in rows on lettuce. Serve with vinaigrette.
