Tuscon Tuna Salad

Ingredients:


5 ounces Italian-blend salad greens ready-to-eat

1 large tomato coarsely chopped (1 cup)

16 ounces great northern beans rinsed and drained

6 ounces tuna drained in water

3 tablespoons red onion chopped

2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Gently toss salad greens, tomato, beans and tuna in large bowl. 2. Mix remaining ingredients; toss with tuna mixture just until coated. Serve immediately.
