Ingredients:


9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 medium radicchio

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

1/4 cup parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


cook artichoke hearts according to package directions rinse in cold water and drain well combine with olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl-mix well allow to marinate for 15 minutes add remaining ingredients-toss to mix well serve at room temperature
