Picante Bean Salad

1 can red beans or kidney beans -- drained
1/2 medium green pepper -- chopped
1/2 small onion -- chopped
12 large black olives -- sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mild picante sauce
1 medium lettuce leaves
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Drain beans and combine with all other vegetables. Mix salad dressing and Picante sauce. Combine with bean mixture. Refrigerate until time to serv e. Place on lettuce leaf lined platesand top with Cheddar cheese.
