Mango and Mixed Greens Salad

1/4 Cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
---Salad Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Honey Butter
1/3 Cup coarsely chopped pecans -- toasted
1 package fancy mixed salad greens -- (10-ounce) (6 cups)
1 Large mango -- (1 1/2 cups) peeled, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
1 Small red pepper -- (1 cup) cut into 1/8 inch strips
1 Stalk celery -- (3/4 cup) sliced

Preparation / Directions:

In 1-cup glass measure combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Set aside. In small skillet melt honey butter until sizzling; add pecans. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until nuts are golden brown (3 to 4 minutes). In large bowl toss together all remaining salad ingredients. Add dressing; toss to coat well. To serve, divide salad mixture evenly among 6 salad plates; sprinkle with pecans. This easy, colorful salad blends veggies and greens with fresh mango.
