Italian Tortellini and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:


1 package refrigerated or dried tortelliini with meat or cheese -- 7 to 9oz

1 cup cherry tomatoes -- halved and seeded

1/2 cup coarsely shredded carrot

1/2 cup coarsely chopped green pepper

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 can sliced black olives -- 2 1/4 oz, drained

1/3 cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil

4 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

2 1/2 teaspoons Watkins Italian Dressing Blend

1/2 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Salt

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook tortellini per package direction; rinse with cold water and drain. Place tortellini, tomatoes, carrots, green pepper, onion and olives in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well; pour over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 6 servings.
