Hot Spinach Salad

Ingredients:


1/2 pound bacon

2 bunches spinach

1/4 pound mushroom

2 large hard boiled egg

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 teaspoons olive oil

3 teaspoons red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


fry bacon until crisp, reserve rendered fat combine spinach, mushrooms, egg, bacon, cheese, and pepper-toss to mix combine reserved bacon fat, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce in saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir to reduce slightly pour over salad and toss lightly serve at once
