Green Bean And Carrot Salad

2 cups carrot
1 pound fresh green beans
1/2 cup radish
1/2 cup parsley
1 medium red chili pepper
1 piece ginger

Preparation / Directions:

1. in a medium pot, boil 2 quarts of water. 2. add to the boiling water both the carrots and green beans for one minutes. 3. drain and cool and place in a large bowl. 4. add radishes and parsley to carrots and green beans. 5. stir until well mixed and set aside or refrigerate until ready to serve. 6. when ready to serve, pour red chili pepper and ginger dressing over salad. 7. toss well and serve immediately.
