Ingredients:


1 Large egg

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


break egg into a cup of hot tap water, allow to stand for 2 minutes strain to drain well combine egg, with remaining ingredients in a food processor process to a smooth puree cover and chill for 2-48 hours use slightly chilled or at room temperature
