Charlie's Mayonnaise and Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

2 large eggs
1 medium one lemon -- juice of (or 3 tbsp vinegar)
1/2 cup oil -- (1/3 cup olive oil --- rest safflower)
2 tablespoons myseasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups safflower oil

Preparation / Directions:

1- Put all ingredients except 1-1/2 c oil in blender and mix on low spee d for about 30 seconds. Increase speed to max and slowly drizzle in the remainder of the oil until all is incorporated and emulsified into a s mooth, golden mayonnaise. MAKES 1 PINT+
