Ingredients:


1 pound spinach

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

3 teaspoons sesame oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


clean, dry and tear spinach into bite-sized pieces. arrange in a salad bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. mix oil and vinegar and pour over spinach. toss and serve.
