Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients:


2 1/2 Cups cooked chicken -- cut into bit

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 medium carrots -- shredded

2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 medium cucumber -- thinly sliced

1 package shredded cabbage -- (10 ounce)

1/2 Cup non fat Asian or Oriental style salad dressing

3 medium green onions -- thinly sliced

1 medium tangerine -- Divided Into sections
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl,combine chicken,cabbage,mushrooms,carrot,cilantro,cucumber, and dressing.Toss well.Top with green onions and tangerine sections.
