Ingredients:


2 1/2 tablespoons green onions with tops -- sliced

2 teaspoons butter or margarine

1 cup cooked rice -- cooked in beef broth

1/4 cup canned sliced mushrooms -- drained

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute onions in butter until tender. Add rice, mushrooms, and salt. Heat thoroughly. Fluff lightly with a fork.
