Rice With Garlic And Herbs

Ingredients:


240 Grams Long-Grain Rice -- (3 dl.)

17 ounces Water

1 Teaspoon Thyme

1 Tablespoon Oregano

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

4 ounces Fresh Chives -- finely chopped

2 Cloves Garlic -- crushed or minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rinse rice and discard water. Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and salt to a boil. Let boil covered for 40-25 minutes at low heat. Add chives and garlic before serving.
