Korean Honeyed Rice With Nuts

Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Blanched Almonds -- chopped

1/4 Cup Pine Nuts

2 Tablespoons Oil

4 Cups Hot Cooked Rice

3 Tablespoons Honey

1 1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Saute nuts in hot oil in nonstick pan until lightly browned.

2. Add hot rice; mix with honey and soy sauce.

3. Serve.
