Ingredients:


1 cup long grain rice

1 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


cover rice with water, drain repeat until water runs clear combine rice and 1-3/4 c water in a saucepan allot to stand for 30 minutes place over a high flame heat to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes remove from heat and let stand for 5-30 minutes (without removing cover) fluff with a fork serve hot
