Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:


1/2 Pound chicken breast...boneless and skinless

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

3 medium green onions and tops...chopped

1 medium carrot...julienned

1 medium egg slightly beaten

4 Cups cold cooked rice

3 Tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut chicken into strips. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet on high heat. Add chicken, green onions, and carrots. Stir-fry 3 minutes or until carrot is tender-crisp. Add egg, cook, stirring gently until well mixed. Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains. Add soy sauce and stir until mixture is well blended. This
