Mocha Mousse

Ingredients:


1 pound ricotta cheese

1/2 cup confectioners sugar

2 tablespoons rum

2 tablespoons instant espresso

2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate

1/2 cup chocolate syrup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix together ricotta, sugar, rum and espresso. Whisk until well blended. Turn into small serving dishes. Chill. To serve, garnish with espresso, grated semi-sweet chocolate and chocolate syrup drizzles on top. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
