St. Patrick's Potatoes

Ingredients:


2 pounds bag frozen hash brown potatoes

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of potato soup

1 cup sour cream

1 small onion -- diced

1 small green pepper -- diced

1 package shredded cheddar cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients except cheese and place in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cheese on top and allow to melt.
