Beef Potato Pie

Ingredients:


1 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup tomato puree

1 3/4 cups raw oats

1 tablespoon accent

1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons dry mustard

2/3 cup chopped onion

3 large eggs

3/4 teaspoon pepper

3 pounds ground chuck

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese

1 package mashed potatoes -- (quantity depends on taste)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients except last 4 items. When thoroughly blended, add ground chuck; mix lightly with fork until thoroughly combined. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Swirl mashed potatoes (fully prepared) over meat. Brush potatoes with melted butter; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 3500 for 20 additional minutes. Slip under broiler for 1 minute until golden brown.
