Tomato Chicken Risotto

Ingredients:


3 pounds fryer, cut into serving pieces or 6 -- chicken parts

1/2 pound pork link sausage -- cut into chunks

1 bunch Kitchen Bouquet -- optional

1 small green pepper

1/3 cup onion -- chopped

1 clove garlic -- minced

2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup raw long grain converted rice

1 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry; set aside. In skillet, brown sausage. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbant towels. Brown chicken pieces in sausage drippings; drain well. Lightly brush Kitchen Bouquet. Place chicken in crock pot. Com
