Ingredients:


1 teaspoon garlic

1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder

1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

1/2 cup dry white wine

1 pound boneless pork
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-48 hours strain through a chinois, reserving marinade broil or grill pork strips, basting often with reserved marinade serve hot, warm, or at room temperature
