6 whole pork loin chops -- approx. 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick

1 package corn flakes -- crushed, or 1 box corn flake crumbs

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon kosher salt

2 tablespoons black pepper -- (preferably freshly ground)

4 large eggs -- slightly beaten

Take one chop and dip it into the flour, followed by the egg and finally the corn flake mixture. Set it aside on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and repeat the procedure for the remaining 5 chops. 3. Place the chops on the middle rack of a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees for medium. Diane Geary
