Cranberry Onion Chops

Ingredients:


4 whole boneless pork chops -- (4 ounces each)

8 ounces reduced-calorie french dressing

1 package dry onion soup mix

16 ounce can of whole cranberry sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In Large nonstick skillet brown pork chops on one side over one side over medium-high heat. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients to mix well. 3. Turn chops; pour cranberry mixture over chops in skillet, bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until chops are just done and still tender.
