Lemon-Orzo Pilaf

Ingredients:


14 3/4 cans chicken broth -- reduced-sodium

1 cup water

1 cup orzo pasta

1 teaspoon dried leaf basil -- crumbled

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring chicken broth and water to boiling in medium-size saucepan. Stir in orzo, basil and lemon. Return to boiling. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and serve.
