Chocolate Coconut Pie

1 1/4 cups coconut cookie crumbs
2 tablespoons walnuts -- chopped
1/4 cup reduced fat margarine
6 ounces fat-free chocolate pudding mix
2 2/3 cups skim milk
6 ounces cool whip free -- thawed

Preparation / Directions:

To prepare crust, combine crumbs, walnuts, and margarine in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in the bottom of a 9-inch pan. Chill 1 hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. To prepare filling, combine pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour into crust. Chill one hour. Then, spread whipped topping over top.
