Apple Mile High Pie

1 crust double crust for 8 inch pie
2 cans Comstock More Apple Fruit Filling -- (20 oz)
4 ounces Cheddar or American cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon milk
1 Tablespoon sugar

Preparation / Directions:

Line pan with crust. Combine fruit filling, cheese, raisins, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. Spoon into pastry. Top with remaining pastry. Trim and flute crust. Cut steam vents. Brush top of pie with milk. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 for 35-40 minutes or until crust is golden.
